Primary Education

There is much presure on children these days to please parents, polititions and teachers.

These self serving adults just are just putting there own interests first, wanting results whereas the child may have more important life long skills to be consider. Play and valueing all their playmates would be far more valuable to them especially for the pre 7 year olds.

Milk and Water

I was amazed last week when I stopped at a roadside garage in the lake district, to find that bottled water cost me twice as much as milk. The supermaket price wars have even pushed the cost of 2 litre bottle down to 99p. Think about the health and quality of the cows needed to produce this, they'll need every vaccine, antibiotic and growth hormone you can pump into them! In some cases the farmers only get 10p a litre!
It is crazy, I will buy more goats milk and less but better quality milk from now on!

BBC milk report

BBC promoting GM food

The BBC today seem to be promoting GM food as a solution to world food shortages. The reporting does not reflect the very greedy plot of the agribusiness’s to control world food suppies.

Take for example the 17 year project to map the rice genome funded by the Rockefeller Foundation.
It is a scheme to control the staple food for 2.4 billion people, and in the process, destroy the biological diversity of over 140,000 developed varieties that can withstand droughts and pests and can grow in every imaginable climate.

The problem is that it is the poorest countries who oftern have the easiest politicians to bribe notably Argentina, Philipines, India and most recently kenya.
